The centre provides furnished or unfurnished suites, which are available in sizes from just 10 sq. m. and upwards. The accomodation is set out over ground/mezzanine and upper two floors.

The office suites are available on flexible twelve months Licence Agreement incorporating a three months notice to break any time.
